SafetyLine™ 912 ManDown is the best Worker Emergency Monitoring System available.
Below are some of the standard and optional features that set the SafetyLine™ 912 system apart from the competition and truly make it the leading supplier of Lone Worker Monitoring Services.

Panic and Man-Down Emergency Pendant

The Worker is equipped with a pendant device which connects wirelessly (BlueTooth) with the Worker's cellular phone. The Pendant is equipped with a PANIC button, which when pressed will instantly set the Worker to a state of Emergency and start the Notification process.
The Pendant is also equipped with a motion sensor which will also automatically start the Emergency and Notification process if the worker is unconscious and does not move for a certain period of time (ie. "Man-Down").

Location Tracking (L.B.S.) **
SafetyLine™ 912 will monitor the exact GPS coordinates and display a detailed "Google Earth" satellite map showing the exact location of the worker.
This locating system helps immensely to quickly respond to a worker in an emergency situation.

AUPN Software (Automated Ubiquitous Persistent Notification)
During a missed check-in or an emergency, the SafetyLine™ system will automatically contact all pre-designated Monitors on a worker's contact list (see peer-monitoring).
Notification and check-in can be done ubiquitously from any communications device, such as: cellular phones, satellite phones, two-way radios with a telephone interconnect, or any Internet capable computer or device. SafetyLine™ does not require the use of any one particular hardware device.
Users on the Contact List will be contacted in a defined order after preset time delays.
Notification will continue for all Contact List users until contact has been acknowledged and someone takes responsibility for the distressed worker. This ensures that someone is guaranteed to always know if a Worker is in distress.

Portability & Mobility
Because SafetyLine™ works on the cellular network, Workers can take it anywhere.

* Pro-Active Check-In Monitoring
Once logged on for a shift, Workers are expected to check in to SafetyLine™ at regular intervals.
Workers will be contacted and notified of a missed Check-In after a certain delay, so as to allow for human error due to forgotten check ins.
If a Worker still does not check in to the system, then they are put in to a state of Emergency on the system and the notification process begins.

IVR Interface (Interactive Voice Response)
Workers and Users can access the system via the IVR Interface for check-in, messaging, and emergencies. This means that as long as a Worker has telephone access, then they have SafetyLine™ access. In most cases, workers will preferentially use a cellular and/or satellite phone with rapid pre-set auto-dials for daily use, check-in's and emergency PANIC notification.

24-hour Automated Peer-Monitoring
Because the SafetyLine™ system is automated, it is active 24-hours/day. Workers can add unlimited Monitors to their emergency contact list, which may consist of any combination of co-workers, supervisors, managers, family members, monitoring centers, and even the Tsunami SafetyLine™ back-up Monitoring Call Centre.

Cost-Effective Simplicity
SafetyLine™ operates as a monthly subscription. Once setup initially, Workers can go about their jobs as usual without the system causing a major burden of time or labor to operate.
Also, SafetyLine™ does not require the use of any specific hardware device so that existing communications devices may likely be used.

Report Logs
Complete report logs are recorded and viewable to manager via the SecurityLine Web interface. This not only collects and stores valuable employee activity and safety information, but also goes to show due-diligence on the part of an employer.

Regulation Compliance
Government regulations often require that companies and Government organizations monitor all lone workers. SafetyLine™ meets all regulatory and moral requirements for worker monitoring.
